Oscar 2016: da Leonardo DiCaprio a Sylvester Stallone, tutte le nomination

Oggi 14 gennaio 2016 è un giorno molto atteso nel mondo del cinema, infatti sono state rese note le nomination per gli Oscar 2016.

Ad annunciare i nominati delle varie categorie ci hanno pensato in diretta da Los Angeles i registi Guillermo del Toro, Ang Lee, l’attore John Krasinski e il presidente dell’Academy Cheryl Boone Isaacs. Non ci sono grandi sorprese, infatti come al solito i candidati agli Oscar combaciano principalmente con quelli dei Golden Globes, che quest’anno si sono svolti lo scorso 10 gennaio all’Hotel Hilton di Beverly Hills. Come miglior attrice protagonista si contenderanno l’ambita statuetta Cate Blanchette, Brie Larson, Jennifer Lawrence, Charlotte Rampling e Saoirse Ronan.

Per quanto riguarda le candidature per il miglior attore protagonista, sono in lizza Bryan Cranston, Matt Damon, Michael Fassbender, Eddie Redmayne e Leonardo DiCaprio. L’attore di The Revenant sta spopolando da anni nel web con immagini, video e gif divertenti in quanto non è mai riuscito a vincere un Oscar nonostante le tante nominations e soprattutto nonostante l’avesse spesso meritato. Riuscirà quest’anno a convincere l’Academy e portarsi a casa una statuetta? Lo scopriremo la notte del 28 febbraio durante la cerimonia della 88° edizione degli Oscar.

Tornando ai candidati di quest’anno, come miglior film senza sorprese sono stati scelti The Big Short, Bridge of Spies, Brooklyn, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Martian, The Revenant, Room e Spotlight. Si contendono il premio come miglior regista George Miller, Lenny Abrahamson, Tom McCarthy, Adam McKay e Alejandro G. Iñárritu. Tra le nominate come migliore attrice non protagonista troviamo Jennifer Jason Leigh, Rooney Mara, Rachel McAdams, Alciia Vikander e Kate Winslet. Mentre per la categoria maschile sono candidati Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Mark Ruffalo, Mark Rylance e Sylvester Stallone.

Agli Oscar viene sempre dato spazio anche alla musica ed in particolare alle canzoni che hanno fatto da perfetta colonna sonora per i film dell’anno. Per questa edizione, la Academy ha scelto 50 Sfumature di grigio, Racing Extinction, Youth, The Hunting Ground e Spectre. Inoltre il Maestro Ennio Morricone, dopo aver vinto il Golden Globe, si conferma anche come nominato agli Oscar per la colonna sonora di The Hateful Eight di Quentin Tarantino.
