Russel Brand presenterà gli MTV Movie Awards 2012

L’attore Russel Brand presenterà l’edizione 2012 degli MTV MOVIE AWARDS, in programma il prossimo 3 giugno a Los Angeles e sarà trasmesso su tutti i canali del network. Sono stati rivelati anche i nomi delle prime star che saliranno sul palco del Gibson Amphitheatre in qualità di presenter per consegnare gli ambitissimi award a forma di popcorn: Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Mila Kunis e Mark Wahlberg. La band americana dei Fun si esibirà live durante la serata.

Russel Brand, che promette un’edizione oltre ogni apsettativa, si aggiunge alla lista degli eccellenti presentatori degli anni passati della manifestazione quali Jason Sudeikis, Aziz Ansari, Andy Samberg, Ben Stiller, Jimmy Fallon, Mike Myers, Sarah Silverman e Justin Timberlake.

 Le votazioni sono aperte fino al 2 giugno sul sito ufficiale ma.mtv.com mentre anche quest’anno la votazione per la categoria ‘Movie of the Year’ rimarrà aperta anche durante la diretta. Come sempre dunque saranno i fan di tutto il mondo a stabilire chi dovrà ricevere il famoso award a forma di popcorn, fan che qust’anno per la nuova categoria “Best Music” potranno votare anche il miglior momento musicale di un film.

Delle 12 categorie, 5 sono totalmente nuove ovvero Best Music, Best On-Screen Transformation, Best Gut-Wrenching Performance, Best Cast Best On-Screen Dirt Bag, Best Breakthrough Performance.

Come ogni anni gli MTV Movie Awards riveleranno i momenti più particolari, divertenti o scatenati dei film di maggior successo, tra cui troviamo sia campioni di incasso che titoli acclamati dalla critica come ‘Drive’, ‘Like Crazy’, ‘The Descendants’.

Louise Roe, star di Mtv con il programma ‘Plain Jane’ sarà anche quest’anno sul red carpet per far vivere ai telespettatori di tutto il mondo la magia di Hollywood e scoprire i look e le aspettative delle star man mano che arriveranno al Gibson Amphitheatre.
