MTV EMA 2015: Justin Bieber trionfa, tutti i vincitori

Ieri sera 25 ottobre 2015 si sono svolti gli attesissimi MTV Europe Music Awards al Mediolanum forum di Milano.

Presentati da Ed Sheeran e Ruby Rose, gli EMA sono stati un tripudio di esibizioni tra giochi scenici e un palco che si sviluppava per tutto il parterre del palazzetto, regalando una scenografia tra le più belle degli ultimi anni. La serata si è aperta con la travolgente Downtown, hit di Macklemore & Ryan Lewis che si è anche aggiudicata il premio come Best Video.

Un momento emozionante è stata l’esibizione di Ellie Goulding in Love me like you do, ormai famosa per essere la colonna sonora del film 50 sfumature di Grigio. Sul palco degli EMA abbiamo potuto ammirare la straordinaria voce del nostro tenore Andrea Bocelli che prima ha cantato la sua Con te partirò, poi al pianoforte ha regalato insieme a Tori Kelly una nuova versione di Just give me a reason di Pink (feat. Nate Ruess).

Durante la serata degli EMA, anche in Piazza Duomo di Milano non sono mancate le esibizioni di artisti internazionali che hanno intrattenuto un pubblico davvero numeroso, come Martin Garrix, Afrojack e i Twenty One Pilots. Inoltre hanno calcato il paco degli EMA con le loro hit Ed Sheeran e i Rudimental con Lay it all on me, James Bay con Hold back the river, Jason Derulo che si è esibito in Want to want me sopra a un hoverboard, Justin Bieber con What do you mean?, Jess Glynne con un mash-up e ha concluso gli EMA Pharrell Williams con la sua Freedom.

Per quanto riguarda i premi, è stato Justin Bieber a sbaragliare tutti gli altri nominati vincendo nelle categorie Best Male, Best Collaboration, Biggest Fans e Best Look. Il presentatore degli MTV EMA 2015 Ed Sheeran si è portato a casa due premi come Best Live Act e Best World Stage, mentre Taylor Swift si è aggiudicata un solo premio, come Best Song per Bad Blood.

Come già annunciato nei giorni scorsi, il vincitore del Best Italian Act è stato Marco Mengoni battendo gli altri nominati Fedez, J-Ax, Tiziano Ferro e i The Kolors. Durante la cerimonia degli EMA sono stati inoltre svelati i vincitori del World Act e a sorpresa per l’Europa è stato proprio Marco Mengoni a trionfare, grazie ai voti dei suoi tantissimi fan.

Inoltre sono stati premiati i Duran Duran con un nuovo premio: il Video Visionary Award che Simon Le Bon, Roger Taylor, Nick Rhodes e John Taylor hanno ritirato sul palco del Mediolanum Forum di Milano.
